Inbiopro's technical team comprises of functional heads under Molecular Biology, Upstream, Downstream, Quality Control and Assay Development, QA and RA as well as Technology Transfer. The team is enriched by years of industrial experience and is adept at handling several products like Interferons, Interleukins, GCSF, GMCSF, Streptokinase, t-PA, Insulin, HGH, PTH using microbial expression systems of E. coli and P. pastoris.
The technical team also has extensive development and manufacturing expertise in Mammalian expression platform based products like TNF-a inhibitor, Erythropoietin, Darbepoetin, Active Protein C, Interferon b, t-PA, Fertility hormones (hCG, FSH and LH) as well as several monoclonal antibodies including Rituximab, Trastuzumab and Cetuximab.
The team's prior affiliations in the industry has facilitated technology reach and relevant exposure to development of vaccines such as cellular Rabies, JE, Hepatitis B, Acellular Pertussis with audit experience in EMEA, ANVISA (Brazil), GCC and WHO. |
